Municipal Court
The Glendale Municipal Court is a part of the Municipal Division of the 21st Circuit Court of St. Louis County. The court is presided over by the Honorable Judge Chris Graville. The Prosecuting Attorney is Brian Malone and the Municipal Court Administrator is Cassy Kollmeyer. The Municipal Judge is appointed to two-year terms and the Prosecuting Attorney is appointed annually by the Mayor of the City of Glendale. The Court Administrator is an employee of the City of Glendale. Court is held on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:00 A.M., in the Municipal Auditorium. Municipal ordinance violations include both traffic and non-traffic cases.

IPayCourt™ is a new feature that will allow you to pay your traffic tickets online without having to appear in court or at the court office. Not all tickets are payable online. The online payment is only available for tickets where a court appearance is not required. Partial payments are not accepted. You must provide your ticket number and last name to access this feature. This is a secure website that allows you to safely pay your tickets online.

A Message to Defendants from the Glendale Municipal Court (Notice of Rights):
- You have been summoned to come to court on the date shown on your ticket.
- You may plead not guilty by coming to court and a trial date will be set.
- You may plead guilty by coming to the Glendale Municipal Court before your first court date to pay your fine at the Traffic Violation Bureau for Minor Traffic Violations (traffic violation of 4 points or less).
- If you plead guilty, you will be given a new date to pay if you cannot pay the day of court.
- If you want to plead guilty, but you do not have the funds to pay your ticket, you still must come to court. You will not be arrested for not having money to pay.
- If you are indigent, you may be required to complete documentation to be determined by the court as evidence of your financial status and as an aid to the court in assessing fines, costs and setting of a payment plan.
- If you do not come to court when summoned to do so, you are subject to a warrant being issued for your arrest.
