Now Hiring: Maintenance Worker/Mechanic

The City of Glendale’s Public Works Department is seeking a Maintenance Worker/Mechanic to perform heavy and light maintenance work to city streets and infrastructure, and skilled mechanical work to light and medium duty vehicles and small engines. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with some nights and weekend work.

Salary range is $23.71-$25.44/hour with cost-of-living pay increases. The position has an excellent benefits package including vacation, holidays off, retirement, and affordable health insurance. High school diploma or GED and 3+ years’ experience in automotive repair work required. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
