The City of Glendale’s Public Works Department oversees the construction, repair, and preventative maintenance of the city’s infrastructure. Its responsibilities include maintaining public streets and sidewalks, improving stormwater collection systems, managing street signage, overseeing urban forestry, providing snow and ice removal services, maintaining city buildings and vehicle fleets, and administering a range of public assistance programs.
Public Works crews are frequently out in the field working on various projects throughout the city and may not always be available at the office. If you need a service provided by the Public Works Department, please contact City Hall at (314) 965-3600, and a staff member will promptly forward your request to the appropriate personnel.
