New Trash Bill Format Coming In October

New Trash Bill Format Coming In October

Our trash bills are changing! Due to price increases and difficulties processing and delivering the postcard bills, we are switching to a full-size paper bill effective with the October billing. A sample new style bill is shown below.

In addition to giving us the ability to send out extra flyers and informational inserts, changing to full-size letter bills means your bill is less likely to be lost, damaged, or destroyed before it gets to you in the mail, as it will now be delivered in a regular envelope. This change will not impact how payments are handled, whether someone is on auto-pay, or due dates. It is only a change in how the bill or statement is delivered to the home. Anyone desiring to no longer receive a paper bill may sign up for our e-billing anytime through our website or by calling City Hall during business hours.

If you have any questions about the new bill format, please contact City Hall at 314-965-3600 Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we transition to the new format.
