Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Glendale will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Auditorium at 424 N. Sappington Road, Glendale, MO 63122 to consider proposed revisions to the City’s zoning code related to side and rear year setbacks for accessory building.
Citizens are invited to submit written comments or appear in person at the public meeting(s). Written comments may be sent to fjohnson@glendalemo.org or mailed to City Hall, 424 N. Sappington Road, Glendale, MO 63122. If you require special accommodations (e.g., hearing impaired, etc.) to attend the public hearing on November 16, please contact City Hall at (314) 965-3600 by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2026, so that accommodations can be arranged.
