Public Hearing on 1/5/26: Zoning Code Revision Regarding Fence Regulations
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Glendale will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Auditorium at 424 N. Sappington Road, Glendale, MO 63122 to consider proposed revisions to the City’s zoning code related to fence regulations, including permitted materials.
The public is invited to provide comments at the hearing or submit written comments in advance. Written comments may be sent to fjohnson@glendalemo.org or mailed to City Hall, 424 N. Sappington Road, Glendale, MO 63122.
In accordance with Chapter 400 of the City’s Municipal Code, the proposed fence code revisions were reviewed by the Plan Commission, which voted to recommend changes at its November 12, 2025 meeting.
