Fire Prevention Week Poster Contest
Every fall, the Professional Firefighters of Glendale host a Fire Prevention Week Poster Contest. Elementary school kids can drop off a drawing or poster about the importance of smoke detectors and fire safety at the firehouse for the chance to win a ride to school on a Glendale fire truck for themselves, a guardian and two friends! The theme this year for National Fire Prevention Week is "Charge into Fire Safety."
