No person shall act as a peddler or as a solicitor within the City of Glendale without first obtaining an identification card in accordance with Chapter 610 of the Glendale Municipal Code. The hours of operation are 9:00 am through 6:00 pm. No soliciting allowed on Sunday.

An application for a solicitor's permit must be completed in person at City Hall, located at 424 N. Sappington Rd.
