As you know, the City of Glendale continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and adjust services as necessary.  This is a fluid situation and plans do change frequently.  In response to the phased “re-opening” of St. Louis County, and the ongoing issues caused by the pandemic, we have adjusted our services and operations accordingly.

  • The City Hall and Court Lobby is again open to the public. Hours are once again Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. No more than 2 people at a time are allowed to be at the City Hall lobby window and no more than 2 people at a time are allowed in the Court area.  If the lobby area is full, please wait out in the designated areas in the hallway until an opening occurs.  No visitors are allowed into any secure staff areas until further notice.
  • All visitors and City employees are required to wear masks when interacting. Disposable masks are available on a limited basis by request.
  • Board of Aldermen, ARB, and Board of Adjustment meetings continue to be hosted via Zoom teleconference.
  • The City strongly encourages residents and contractors to make various applications and payments via email, over the phone, or using the drop box situated to the east of our entryway. The drop box is secure and checked daily. Those wishing to make digital submission of applications and forms may send them via email to jcarr@glendalemo.org or blacy@glendalemo.org.
  • For easy trash payments the City encourages residents to sign up for bank draft. The application can be found on our website.  Residents may also call in with their credit card information
  • For Court payments (Warson Woods, Oakland, Glendale) you may continue to use online payments or the drop box on the exterior of the building. The Court window is open and accepting payment as well.
  • The City of Glendale Auditorium remains unavailable for rental or use for meetings and gatherings until further notice. This includes tours of City facilities.
  • Solicitor permits continue to be under a moratorium until further notice.
  • Please do not hesitate to call City Hall if you have any questions. Staff remains here to assist you, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

Thank you in advance for your patience and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

For residents interested in how St. Louis County is spending its allocation of CARES Act money, a complete set of appropriations and payments can be found via the STL Corona website here:  https://stlcorona.com/covid-19-expenditures/
