The City Plan Commission consists of six (6) members, five (5) of which are residents of the City, with at least one chosen from each Ward. The sixth member of the Plan Commission is the City Engineer. All members are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Aldermen, for a four (4) year term. The City Plan Commission also serves as the Zoning Commission. The board meets on an as-needed basis. Members of the Plan Commission with the exception of the City Engineer serve on the Architectural Review Board.
