The Glendale Municipal Court is a part of the Municipal Division of the 21st Circuit Court of St. Louis County. The court is presided over by the Honorable Judge Terry Burnet. The Prosecuting Attorney is James E. McDaniel and the Municipal Court Clerk is Pam Copeland. The Honorable Richard J. Magee, Mayor of the City of Glendale, appoints the Judge and the Prosecuting Attorney. The Court Clerk is an employee of the City of Glendale. Court is held once a month, on the second Monday of each month, at 7:00 P.M., in the Municipal Auditorium. Municipal ordinance violations include both traffic and non-traffic cases. |
