As a precautionary measure to help prevent exposure and the spread of COVID-19, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Glendale is conducting its February 1, 2021 meeting by video conference or conference call. The Board Chambers at City Hall will not be open to the public. Members of the public can attend the meeting by telephone or by using their tablet/laptop/pc:
There will be no regular Citizens Comments during the February 1, 2021 Board meeting. In lieu of the normal Citizens Comments, the public is invited to submit written comments via email to bdeclue@glendalemo.org. Provided they comply with the City’s guidelines found in Section 105.150 of the City Code, the comments will be read during the meeting and entered into the record.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience the meeting format change may pose to individuals, but it is extremely important that extra measures be taken to protect employees, residents, and elected officials during these challenging times.
The Architectural Review Board will not convene at the City of Glendale Auditorium for this meeting but will meet via a Zoom webinar as listed below. As a precautionary measure to help prevent exposure and the spread of COVID-19, the Auditorium will not be open to the public. Members of the public may attend this meeting via Zoom webinar in one of two ways:
The City is taking extra precautionary measures to protect employees, residents, and elected officials during these challenging times and apologizes for any inconvenience the change in meeting format may cause.

The Board of Aldermen meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 PM at the Glendale Glendale City Hall Auditorium, 424 N. Sappington Road. When New Year’s Day falls on the first Monday, the meeting will be moved to the (first Tuesday in January), on Martin Luther King Day (third Tuesday in January), Presidents’ Day (third Tuesday in February) and Labor Day (first Tuesday in September), the Board Meeting is rescheduled for the next evening. There is no meeting on the third Monday in December.
