The Board of Aldermen meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:30 PM at the Glendale Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, 500 N. Sappington Road. On Martin Luther King Day (second Tuesday in January), Presidents’ Day (third Tuesday in February) and Labor Day (first Tuesday in September), the Board Meeting is rescheduled for the next evening. There is no meeting on the third Monday in December.
The Glendale Municipal Court is a part of the Municipal Division of the 21st Circuit Court of St. Louis County. The court is presided over by the Honorable Judge Terry Burnet. The Prosecuting Attorney is Edward F. McSweeney and the Municipal Court Clerk is Cassy Kollmeyer. The Honorable Richard J. Magee, Mayor of the City of Glendale, appoints the Judge and the Prosecuting Attorney. The Court Clerk is an employee of the City of Glendale. Court is held on the second Monday of every other month, at 7:00 PM., in the Fellowship Hall of the Glendale Presbyterian Church at 500 N. Sappington Road until January, 2018. Municipal ordinance violations include both traffic and non-traffic cases.
